At Easysea, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn sports gear and equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Easysea account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
